If you haven’t used Zoom before, don’t worry. We will explain below how you can access it.

How to use Zoom Meeting

If you haven’t used Zoom before, we would recommend using your computer desktop. If you don’t have one, using your mobile is just fine.

Before we start, please choose one of the options below which best matches your situation.

I’m using a Computer Desktop (Windows or MAC)

• Before our meeting start, click this link to access our Zoom meeting
• Type the meeting ID and password
  • Make sure to allow your computer to use your microphone and camera

I’m using an Android / iPhone phone or tablet

If you are an Android user, please make sure to download the app first called Zoom Cloud Meetings. Click here or go to your Play Store

If you are the iPhone user, please make sure to download the app first called Zoom Cloud Meetings. Click here or go to your App Store

then

• Open your new app and go to “Join a meeting”
• Type the meeting ID and password
